2.3 MISSION
To supply quality and unique brands of weavons and various make up
products, to constantly keep our customers glowing with efficient
health tips and beauty treatments and recommendations.
2.4 KEY SUCCESS FACTORS
The key success factors are:
a) Direct supply from manufacturers hence most of our products will be
sold at a cheaper price
b) Beauty therapy where client will be advised on what range of
products will best suit their skin, hair texture, etc
c) Customers are giving the option of subscribing to have a particular
range of beauty products supplied to them monthly or twice a year.
d) Constant customers are given a membership card for discount rates
on their products
e) Customers can also place orders for a particular type of weavon or
brand of products
f) They can also subscribe for beauty treatment tips and place orders
for suggested treatments to be supplied to them
2.5 INHERENT RISKS
a) The difficulty of being connected to the major producers or
distributors of these products
b) The problem of finishing available stock before a new trend comes in vogue
c) The issue of ready suppliers of certain products
d) the challenge of peculiar cases where a particular range of
products do not work for a particular customer
e) the issue of finding suppliers of quality and not imitiated products
f) The already established suppliers of other suppliers.
2.6 OWNERSHIP OF THE ENTERPRISE

eze chinenye Helen, Dickson Isaac, and Karen ijeoma eze and okoro
maduabuchi.
2.7 LOCATIONAL FACTORS
PARLANCE HAIR AND BEAUTY SHOP is located at Mpokiti bus stop, opposite
Afia nine markets in Enugu. The choice of the site was informed by its
strategic location as listed below:
· Its location opposite the market easily located and noticed
· Existence of good road network and market
· Closeness to distributors and suppliers in the market as well as
closeness to the consumers
2.7 AVAILABLE MARKET
survey shows that the average student changes her weavon or hair
attachment after about 2 weeks to one month, and also replaces her
make up every three to six months, this is taking into consideration
the fact that not everyone’s make up finishes at the same time and
women are also always eager to buy new types of recommended creams and
cleansers that will enhance their skin color and the smoothness of
their face. Hence unique hair and beauty shop has a readily available
though highly competitive market which we are more than compete to
handle.
