This project is expected to operate at the installed plant utilization capacity of 65% at the inceptive stage, increasing to 75% and 85% in year 2 and 3 respectively.

There is a ready market for the planned project. The level of demand for the service is quite high by virtue of the fact that Bayelsa is a fast growing State. The expected relationship between demand growth and supply growth for the services
